11/06/11 Locmiquelic

Submarine pen complete with net to stop the pigeons?

A bit of a submarine

Locmiquelic looking to the drying harbour. The pretty direction. Across the river are industrial silos.

The new marina and Pen Duick 111.There were a lot of large race boats in. No entry for plebs.
Still here. We could have left yesterday but Phil spent more time up the mast. This time he had to fix something on to the mast to stop the wrap. He borrowed a riveter from Nick who did sterling service hauling him up and down. He should have worn a pair of trousers not shorts as he bruised his legs some what. Any way he completed the job just before the wind got up again. It will be blowing 7 tomorrow so we will not move until Monday at the earliest. It is another French bank holiday so no point in moving today as everywhere will be full. Rain yesterday evening. That is about the third time it has rained since we left but not warm.
